Area Attractions

--------*--------

One block East of Currier House is the Concord Point Lighthouse, the Maritime Museum and the waterfront promenade leading to the City Yacht Basin.

One block to the South is the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum which is built on the site of the workshop where Uncle Jim Currier carved decoys for use during hunting season and where a permanent collection of his work is on display. Another block further South is Tydings Park, scene of many town festivals, exhibits and activities.

The Havre de Grace Commercial District is located at the end of a leisurely walk North. Here are the antique shops, the boutiques, the galleries and numerous quaint and cozy restaurants for which the town is rapidly becoming famous.
